I cannot believe another week has come and gone. My work travel is in full force next week and I will be traveling with my daughter's volleyball team - so again, another modified plan.
Monday: 6-8 in Arizona
Tuesday: 6-8 in Arizona
Wednesday: 6-8 in Arizona
Thursday: Most likely a rest day due to an early flight
Friday: 10 at home - WAHOO!
Saturday: Some on the hotel treadmill if I am lucky ;)
Goals: Yoga x 1, stretching x 3 and Planks daily
